Abstract: This article aims to explore the production process and environmental protection of aluminum veneer, and propose measures to reduce environmental pollution. By analyzing the key links in the production process of aluminum veneer, corresponding solutions are proposed to promote sustainable development and environmental protection.

1、 Raw material selection and optimization

1. Reasonable material selection originates from sustainable forest management. The manufacturing of aluminum veneer requires a large amount of aluminum alloy materials, therefore, it is crucial to choose material suppliers from sustainable and responsible forest management systems.

2. Reduce energy consumption and carbon emissions. In the processing of aluminum materials, advanced production technologies with low energy consumption and low carbon emissions, such as electrolytic aluminum manufacturing and casting, are adopted to reduce the adverse impact on the environment.
